LMAO, I change mine at least twice a month.

both pcv hoses come out of the driver side valve cover, one comes from the side and the other from the rear.

the one from the side just goes right up to the plenum like 6 inches away, the other one connects to a hardline that is mounted along the back of the engine that runs horizontal to the other side, and then into the plenum on the passenger side.

That metal hard line has a mess of other lines on it. 2 coolant lines and one vacuum line to the EGR valve all in one.
