i posted a couple times on this thread, but it got deleted. very odd. anyway, i did PM the guy that made those manifolds and suggested that he contact a larger place with more resources/marketing at their disposal (such as AMS) and work out some kind of partnership on producing them. he never PM'd me back and to my knowledge he never contacted AMS either. so, there is potentially some interest and ability to do quantities, but he chose not to respond. just so you know...
