Picture 2 of 12 from Album swappin stuff
The airflow is pretty direct into the fog housings. I cut as much out of the back of them to maximize what can pass. Im thinking a mesh powdercoated matte black is needed to stop stray stones and plastic bags.

To make them I cut the 1/8" wall PVC pipe into 24" lengths and then split them in half. Using a heat gun, heat the plastic until it goes limp. I had a nice flat surface to heat the pipe on and used a flat board to squeeze the limp plastic into a flat sheet. after a few minutes to cool they are ready to cut into parts and weld together with a plastic welding gun. (30 bucks at HFTools)
