I've heard go old hand-cream works well on getting the Leather supple/workable.
And keeping it in good condition if used regularly through-out its life.
Cheaper than leather lotions, and the missus could possibly get involved too!

Try a bit of HC on the back of the seat first, I don't want you to unexpectedly ruin those beauties.
